How far can we get by dreaming about faraway lands? And can one honour other cultures without visiting them? Artist Ragna Braase read extensively about both South American and Middle Eastern weaving craft traditions, but never visited the countries from which the craft originated. She instead used a weaving loom to travel in time and space. Now you can join a digital art tour with art interpreter Rasmus Thor Christensen. We visit ‘Africanas’ House’ from 1981, two hand-woven tents inspired by faraway lands.

In Danish with English subtitles.
